I have just install Sighthound ALPR and have pointed its input stream at the save folder, for a camera in Sighthound Video.
It detects videos in this folder but and starts analyzing them but never seems to be complete any of them.
I've tried removing all videos from the folder and having only 6-12 videos in there and see the same result.
Do anyone have a suggestion about how to troubleshoot or fix this, and is there a better way to have ALPR work with Sighthound Video?

I had this same issue and support found that the process engine was crashing. It was logged over and over again. I will have to go back and see if I can file the log path.
I moved it over to a docker container and was able to successfully run ALPR.
Update: log path - C:\ProgramData\Sighthound ALPR\Log
