It's not exactly encouraging to see a spammer was able to reply well before a member of staff had anything to say about this.

I realize there's no obligation to support beta software, but for those of us evaluating Sighthound for purchase it would at least be nice to see some level of responsiveness from the company. The question was asked in July, for goodness' sake.

Are there any updates on this?

Big Sur has been available to the general public for a few weeks now, and in beta form since the summer. How much longer do we have to wait to test this out?

Update was posted today: https://www.sighthound.com/news/big-sur ... g-progress

While I'm sure the news isn't what you were hoping for, it is good that they are communicating that they are still working on the problem.

Ok... But this wasn’t just sprung on them.
Big Sur has been available in beta form since WWDC so they’ve had plenty of time to get it ready. Now we are three weeks in, and no solution in place?

I have no dog in the game. I just want to test it on the new Mac mini M1 I’ve bought to see if it will be a viable alternative to my current solution. Currently testing SecuritySpy and it’s running flawlessly on the M1 (natively I should add).

Wish I could test SH Video so I can compare it head to head. Just does not give me a wam fuzzy feeling about support in the future if this is any indication.

Cheers,

Sighthound team,

Any update on this? Do you at least have a beta that we can try?

Thanks,

[Neurobit]

Does Sighthound ever check these boards?
