iPhone/pad notification sounds

The latest app works great, much faster, but disappointed it still doesn't have sound settings. Are there plans to upgrade the iOS app to have other than the default sound, preferrable one that can bypass the DND feature too? Need some way to have my phone wake me up at night from motion. I don't want an incoming call or txt waking me. But I have to disable DND because it also mutes the Sighthound app. Really need motion to fire off a very distinct sound that stands out from other sound notifications. Thanks.

im not sure about ipad but you can do it in site hound video.
open rule editor> if seen the bottom icon> take action tab>play sound>bell>custom
this will let you load your own sound

This changes the sound coming out of the server box but doesn't appear to change the sound coming from my iPhone upon motion detection. I can't hear the server speaker in computer room from my bedroom at night. Did we have a misunderstanding? I'm looking for a sound setting in the iOS sighthound app "settings" tab.
