go to your other camera app and lower the Shutter.
i got the warning and set the Shutter setting to Low, The warning went away,
went back and set the Shutter to high and the warning came back on.
to make sure i set the Shutter to low again and the warning went away
The test was tested at night time black and white video, they seam to flicker alot.
