Posting a Problem
Tried posting problems with a MAC , I get: "Failed to send an error report- etc".

I'm sorry to hear that you have been having trouble submitting a bug report. It would be best to zip up the Sighthound Video folder (More details on how to find that at the following link - https://www.sighthound.com/support/wher ... store-data) and send it in an email to support - [email protected]. That should give us all of the information that we would need to investigate further.
