Finally figured out how to get this to work. First, you can't use the GUI on anything but Internet Explorer. If you try others it will delete the characters you are trying to type. Second the default user ID and password are both admin. Third, you have to use the RTSB protocol and use the following as the path:

/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0

Hope that helps somebody. Can't update the firmware from version 2, even though they have version 9 out now. I have an escallated case open and will post an update if I get it. I will try to attach the version 9 firmware if they let me upload a bin, which should also work with LNB4173B, LNE4172B, LNE4422B and LNB4321B (of course).

No go on uploading the firmware, makes sense they don't want a bin file on the site.
