So each clip that I view on the IOS iPhone App only has half the video. So if the clip is 60 seconds long, then I have video for 30 seconds and then the screen blanks, I can hear audio but no
Video. It’s bizarre!!
If I check the clip in Sighthound, then it’s normal ie. I can view all the video. I had this with Sighthound 5 and the new version 6 so must be the IOS app.
