There should be an option to allow Sighthound to monitor IP cameras and send email alerts when the camera is non-responsive.
Options should include:
Downtime before alerting - configurable between 1 and 60 minutes
Delays between alerts - configurable between 1 and 24 hours
Alert message when camera comms is restored (which resets the downtime timer)
Alert message, which is sent to the configured SMTP settings, should note camera name in down and up messages
