Unable to get camera working

Hi all I've got a camera that just doesn't want to feed into Sighthound. I'm trying to use rtsp and I'm able to get the stream to feed to VLC on the same computer but as soon as I put the details into Sighthound it says it can't connect to the camera, no matter what I try.

Here is the RTSP stream url that works in VLC:
rtsp://10.0.0.201:554/user=admin_passwo ... eal_stream

I wanted to follow-up to let everyone know I was able to figure this out. Seems that this camera had H.265 encoding for the stream by default. Once I switched it to H.264 everything started working:
Seems like Sighthound is missing the H.265 boom, they are saying once it catches on they will adopt, but honestly most all of my new cameras have it enabled by default... what's going on Sighthound...???
