Is there a way to get notified by SMS/MMS/Email when a camera or cameras are disabled/enabled? If not a current feature, is there any file that changes existence, or size or content between states I could write my own script to trigger on?

I actually integrated SightHound with my home automation system (HomeSeer) and from there I can configure any alert I want based on disabled, failed, and also am able to re-enable or restart cameras from homeseer based on logic that I've setup.

Don't want to setup a HomeSeer system. My questions remain unanswered.
