Need help with AT&T router....

I'm wondering if some of you can help me with setting up port forwarding with one of these AT&T routers. It's the Pace model:5268AC
I've gone through this websights step by step process but can't seem to get it to work.

Under the "Firewall" tab, there are a couple of fields I'm not sure how to fill in. Under the "Application Type" window, I don't know what to select. Here are my options;
1. FTP (file transfer protocol) server
2. H.323-based internet telephony
3. IRC (internet relay chat) server
4. PPTP virtual private network server
5. SIP-based internet telephony

I am not a computer network savvy person and I'm not familiar with a lot of the lingo.
I need someone way smarter than I to help me. Anyone up for this challenge? Thanks in advance for whatever help you can give me!

go to advanced configuration, create an Application Profile for each camera ports that you want to forward out of your internal network to external.
Probably specify each camera with 1 port is easiest to do
1 port for 1 camera
