Sighthound sees my camera, but I cannot connect it to the program. The username and password are not correct it says.
What to do ?

Hi @chielmos,
The username and password you should be using to connect the camera to Sighthound Video should be the username and password that are associated with the camera. If you have changed those settings then your best course of action to reset the camera to factory settings and then use the username and password that come pre-configured with the camera.
