missed detection

Hi, im using trial version of sighthound video with 2 hikvision 6mp cameras. i setup and 24 hour people detection rule. I walked out side 3 times 20 mins apart to test and had 2 detections but the one in the middle didnt work. Im using a i7 with 20 gig of ram. Any thoughts on how it could miss the connection or any thing i should check?
