no notification sound on Android app

Hi, Im testing the sighthound video app and connected it to my android. Notifications are coming through but they are silent. Not sure why?

Hello,

This is most likely a phone setting issue. There is no setting inside of the Sighthound mobile app to turn off/on the sounds for notifications. So, it might be disabled directly from within your phone settings. Can you please look more into that?
