Temporary video not purging

Dear Sighthound Support,

My temporary video is not being purged. I have tried to set the temporary storage from 72 hours to 4 hours with no effect. Temporary video is stored forever for some reason. In the logs there is a warning that fetchall is taking too long (13.6 seconds). The cleanup loop seems to run regularly. I have tried restarting SH / the computer with no effect. My hard disk keeps running out of space because temporary video is not being cleared. Can you please advise what else I can try?

It sounds as if the diskcleaner is not able to keep up with its maintenance. Can you please click Help > Report a Problem from within Sighthound Video? This will send us over your logs which will help us investigate what is going on further. We can continue this conversation in the ticket thread that it creates.
