I keep experiencing a bug where the android app will stop working. Connecting via LAN/wifi. Everything will be fine for a couple days and then, while it will connect and show a preview image of each camera on the grid, no video can be retrieved. The livefeed will timeout as will any attempt to load a clip.
The only solution I have at this point is to go in and delete all data from the app, relaunch it and login new.
App version: 1.4(29)
Sighthound video version: 5.1.7
Android version: 7.0

Hey,
The temporary solution for this issue is to force quit the mobile application. Once this is done the clips should load without any problems. You should not need to delete all the data from the app.
