Hi all,
I have just set up the system to record temporary video and event clips to my networked airport time capsule(Mac), it is working, but will it still record when the computer i am running the software on is off / not present?

Hello,
The machine that is running will need to be on and present if you want to record clips. The machine that is running Sighthound holds the software that does the recording and detections so if that is off, nothing will be saved. You can find more information about this at the link below:
