Ive been a happy sighthound user on my MAC. Im very impressed by the software. The only *complaint* is the remote access performance... however I realize this is a priority for you and things will get better.
My request is this. I had only two cameras for the longest time but now im going up to 3. However to use this, it forces me to purchase the pro license at an extra 190USD (im in canada) which makes this VERY expensive just to add an additional camera.
I would like to request the creation of a 4 camera license. Since your basic is $50 and your pro is $250, just to give you a datapoint, i would be willing to pay a $50-$75 upgrade license, maybe even $100 to get to a 4 camera license... but i cannot justify as a simple home user to go to $190 extra to add a camera or two
Hopefully your product manager will give this some consideration.
I know you need to pay the bills, but from my perspective i cannot justify the upgrade cost. There may be others like me out there which is leaving money on the table.
