You will have to do this before the data is automatically deleted by the system... this is 2 days by default, unless you have changed the value in the setup of SightHound ("Tools" menu, "Options" entry, "Storage" tab, "Temporarily keep all video for up to: xxx hours.")
You can export 2 minute segments of the data by going to the "Search" mode and select just one camera, then you can view data between motion clips by simply clicking the 'Play' button at the end of a clip. This will cause you to save 30 two minute clips if there is no motion detected during the 1 hour you want to export (I know, "BLEAH!")... and maybe more if there are short clips within the hour you want to save. You also have to judicially adjust the play point to the "mid point" of the 2 minute segment of the clip to save (i.e.: start at 1 minute into the clip, save it, then move the timeline to the 3 minute point and save it, them move the timeline to the 5 minute point and save it... etc. 2 minutes at a time.
You can also go to the raw data files on the harddrive. In Windows 10 I think they are in the "C:Users/{your windows ID}/AppData/Local/Sighthound Video/Video" (or wherever you moved them to using the same "Tools" menu entry as described above). There is a document on this site somewhere that explains where the files are stored, but I don't remember where that document is.
Even the files in the raw directory may be segmented.
You then need to append the files all together using a video editor of some sort (Microsoft Movie Maker comes with Winders).
