Crash at Startup

Hi,

Just downloaded the software on a Mac. When I try to run it nothing happens at all and I see the following in /var/log/system.log:

Nov 20 14:54:21 Franks-Mac-mini-2 com.apple.xpc.launchd[1] (com.sighthound.sighthoundvideo.148564[424]): Service exited with abnormal code: 1

No clue what to do next.
