Remote Access: pre-transcode for faster remote app viewing

I like to watch all of my notifications via the iOS app, so it's important to me to load those videos in the app quickly. I find that I prefer to send my videos as "original" in order to skip the transcode time...but this falls apart when I have a poor network connection on my phone.

What I'd really like is for Sighthound to immediately transcode the clip to a setting of my choice and hold the notification until the transcode is complete. At that point I could follow the app notification and very quickly start viewing even over a poor network connection.

Bonus request: allow me to change the transcode quality via the app and not just on the host computer.
