All push alerts have stopped since 9pm (UK )last night and still not working at 11:48am this moring. with that and the new camras issue in IOs11 I'm running blind and only now have email working.
can you please fix asap?

Somre more info regarding push alerts. they are now being sent as I found the issue.Over the years I noticed if you changed you Iphone in that you backup the old phone using itunes and restored your back up to the new phone sighthound would login in ok and all cameras would work but the push alerts would stop and the only way to get them to work was to delete the app and reinstall.
However with the new IOS 11 there is another issue. I updated my Iphone 6s and ipad pro and in doing this it stopped the push alerts going to the old IOS 10 iphone 6s. (my main phone) I found out that the push alerts were fine in the updated phone/ipad but not being set to the ios 10 phone anymore. I logged out and back in to the sighthound app on the ios 10 phone and all worked again.
