Deecam error
Hi! I need your support for one of my Deecam. It worked perfect for a few months, but suddenly it makes a strange noise and the infrared lights goes on and off. Is there something I can do to make it work again? Thanks a lot!

Hi adelina,
It sounds like either the camera is switching to IR mode frequently, or the camera is rebooting. Do you see footage of the camera switching to IR mode, or do you see any gaps in the footage?
