Browser's that are supported for remote viewing under 5.0?

I don't know about everyone else, but it looks like the new release has a lot of browser compatibility issues.

Chrome - Seems to work across windows and Macs.

Firefox - Works inconsistently on windows devices (all version 54.0 and greater). One instance of firefox fails to load anything after log in, another works fine, the third, everything works but video playback. On OSX, firefox appears to work fine.

IE11 - page does not load after log in (replicated on two different clients)

Edge - works on two different clients.

So, is there a list of browsers that are officially supported in the new version of SH?

We've targeted and tested the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari. IE11 support may be available in a future update.

If you are having trouble with Firefox please first disable any plugins and/or try from Private Browsing mode.

Video playback will default to HTML5 when available. Flash will be used as a fallback so if the HTML5 player is failing you'll want to install the latest version from https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
