Local clips not saving and e-mails intermittent

I have sent a few problem reports that have gone unanswered. I have had the email issue on and off for many months. The clip saving problem is a new one for the last few weeks or so.

The email issue is pretty simple. I am not getting e-mails when specific alerts are triggered like I used to. This works sometimes and other times does not. The test e-mail works everytime.

The local clip saving issue is weirder. Sometimes I do not get saved clips until the next day. Most clips are no longer saved at all.
