No Compatible Source Error using Remote Access

Have remote access running and it works perfectly with the Android app.

However, NONE of my browsers (Chrome, IE or Firefox) will play a live stream; although clips play perfectly.

The error I get is "No compatible source was found for this video"

Why am I getting this?

I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles with the web UI. It sounds like your browsers may not have the latest version of Flash installed. Please go to https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html to check.
