cannot activate basic license

hello,

on april 21, I bought through the program a license and still can not activate it on my pc.
I am writing to try to solve this problem to the support email, but don't receive response

I tried to uninstall it and reinstall, but i can't see bought license in the "Show license information" option.

Can anybody help me?
