* Windows Server 2012 R2, fully patched (VM)
* 8GB RAM (5gb ~ 6gb used/active)
* 4 vCPU (30% ~ 50% utilization)
* 80GB OS drive, 8TB video storage (iSCSI, max ~10ms latency)
* RAM disk configured for Sighthound AppData folder
* Remote configuration, using 'low' quality for both clip and live video
* Wired 1GB LAN
Viewing live video locally in either the web interface or mobile app locks up, won't play clips and the live video feed is hit and miss. All storage resides on a NAS device.
I'm sure there are more details that I'm forgetting, please let me know and I'll update this post accordingly. Currently running some performance tests on the NAS to eliminate that as the bottleneck but any ideas are welcome at this point.
Thank you!

4/27/2017 Update: As a troubleshooting step, the entire virtualized environment was destroyed and re-created from scratch. Virtualization hosts, network configuration and storage. After this was complete and the Sighthound VM was brought back up, the remote access performance issues remained.
