Can't / Won't Connect

by Mytur Banizdurty » Fri Feb 24, 2017 1:51 pm

I'm Having issues connecting my D-link Wireless Router To My TRENDNET-IP422W Camera. No Issues With Netgear Router. But "Dish Network" Upgraded From Netgear To D-link.....Is There Any D-link Genie Out there ????, Similar To Netgear Genie ?????
Currently My Camera Is, And Has been Connected Via Ethernet Cable......

Thank You,
Mitur

Are you only having connection issues in Sighthound Video, or are you unable to connect to the camera at all?

If you cannot even connect directly to the camera's webpage it is likely that the IP address has changed in the router switch, for example now being found at 192.168.1.123 vs. 192.168.1.5 on your old router.

If you connect to the router's configuration page there should be a list of all connected devices and their IP addresses. Once you have found the new IP address you would just need to update this in Sighthound Video.
