Remote viewing of clips
I'm new to Sighthound coming from BlueIris. The pc application is working great with 4 cameras. However, I can't view clips remotely. I can view the live images but it just sits at "loading" forever on my android phone. On a remote web browser the clips load (preview image is shown) but when I play them I hear sound but no image, just a black screen. I'm using the chrome browser on windows 7.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Are you using our mobile app on the Android device or a web browser?
