Only receiving notifications on one iOS device

Hi. I have the Sighthound app installed on multiple iOS devices, and I can remotely access Sighthound successfully on all of them. But I'm only receiving notifications on one device. Any idea why that might be? I double checked to make sure notifications are on in the settings.

Hello nunuvyurbiz,

'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Please try the following steps to reset your notifications on this device:

* Open the Sighthound mobile app and go to the settings page
* Disable notifications and close the app
* Go to the phone's general settings, then notification settings
* Disable notifications, then re-enable them
* Open the Sighthound mobile app and re-enable notifications

We have had a few rare cases where notifications stopped working correctly and these steps corrected it.

If that does not work, please send us a bug report by going to Help > Report a Problem so we can check your logs.
