Notification sound played mutiple times v4.0

Hi,
Since upgrading to v4.0, I notice that the notification sound (in my case 'Bells') plays around 5 times in succession when the rule is activated.
Can this be changed to just play once per rule activation?

The behavior should be the same as it was in prior versions. Is a single clip generated in the search view for the events you heard multiple sound alerts for, or are there multiple clips for that rule at that time? What rule type do you have the sound alert configured for?

There is just the one clip for each activation, and only one email sent, but for some reason the 'bells' sound multiple times.

An example rule this happens with is a rule set as such:
Unknown Object
Inside a region
Visible longer than 3 seconds
Send mobile notification, Email and sound 'Bells'

Hi Have just updated to version 4.1 and did not have this issue in beta 16741 but it is now happening to me.

I have a rule "cross Boundary" both directions and I have "send at most one alert every 20 seconds. I received 10 push alerts for the one event. 10 clips appears in the rule but only one email was sent. it is only doing this in cross boundary options.

Hi Steve,

Are you consistently receiving 10 alerts, or was this a one time occurrence, or does the number vary?

If you see 10 different clips when searching the 10 alerts would be correct behavior, so the question would be whether the clips are correct or not. If you arrow up and down between the clips are the frames identical, or do the subltly change? This could occur with a boundary rule if the object quickly oscillated back and forth over the line, as a person standing directly on the boundary and slightly rocking back and forth.

I have as requested upgraded from 4.0 to 4.0.1 and I'm still having the issue.
The number of notification sounds seems to vary in number.
I only get one clip though.
