Using the mobile app I get a Loading message and it never stays on showing the live stream. I have the bit rate set to the lowest, .5 for both live and clips. I can view the raw IP feeds without issue. The only difference being that the viewer I use for that only shows 2 views at a time. This view is done on the same phone. I have 8 cameras and everything displays quickly via PC browser even remotely.
Anything I can try to help the mobile sighthound app? This is on Android and happening with 2 phones. The wife acceptance factor (WAF) on sighthound went down quite a bit as a result. I can set my remote home automation app (HomeSeer and HSTouch) to show the raw feeds but really want the clip capability via the sighthound app.

Are you able to load the live stream if you disable HLS streaming in the in-app settings? Some Android devices have troubles with HLS streaming, so we've included this feature as an alternative. I'd be happy to take a look at your logs for any issues if you could submit a bug report by going to Help > Report a Problem. Be sure to include a link to this forum post so we know it's from you.
