This message has no content.

I have been experiencing a problem with email notifications. I have changed nothing in vitamin d and it has worked flawlessly up to this point. Now I am getting notified by email when I cross the camera but the email states that 'This message has no content.' Sometimes it will work fine and I can see myself in the photo in the email but now more times than not there won't be any photo or information, just that message. When I send a test email, I will get the email but it states the same thing, that there isn't any content. So it does detect something in order to send an email but why isn't the photo sent with it? This is very confusing because this has never happened before. Any help would be awesome!

Spam filters in your e-mail system may be stripping off info because of an update to them. This could be either in your own PC receiving the data or in the ISP computer that is serving the e-mail to you. You might check those things or contact your ISP or e-mail provider to see if they know what might be the cause. It might also be something you changed in your e-mail system that "to you" didn't seem significant, but might be the cause (I get bit by that sometimes... make a minor change here and screw-up several other "unrelated" things elsewhere).

Hi sqwerb,

I agree with Semper that problem is likely somewhere between your computer and your inbox (the actions performed by VDV certainly haven't changed). What email provider are you using? They might have recently updated their backend or changed some rules. If you happen to be using a major provider (like gmail for instance) who should be handling everything properly then the problem will be much more interesting to troubleshoot...
