Its Expensive! Modernise it please.

Hi,

I haven't been using my Pro registered version because the free software I get with my cameras is really good. Sighthound is much better at person detection but usability of the Windows and iOS apps is lagging behind the free stuff.

Things I'd like to see:
Windows App:
Configurable grid views like Hikvisions free iVMS (or at least a simple 2x2, 3x3 option).
Mouse wheel to zoom the main view. Drag to pan.

IOs App:
Pinch and drag to zoom (like the free Hikvision EZVIZ app).
Rich notifications including a snapshot would be nice if possible.

Yes notifications could definitely use some updating. A lock screen widget would also be nice, as well as an AppleWatch app. Both would allow actions to be taken upon notification. These things are becoming pretty standard these days.
