Date/Time displays as 2001-05-08. How/where reset to 'now'?

In search view or camera view, the Date/Time overlay displays as 2001-05-08. The time works, just wrong. How/where reset to 'now'?

The date and time are pulled from your system date and time. Please check your systems date and time settings. Note, you may need to reboot after changing the date and time settings for them to take affect. If you still see the incorrect date please send us a bug report by going to help > Report a Problem. Be sure to include a link to this post in the report so we know it's from you.
