Rules not working, Sierra Issues?

Known Sierra issues? Recently been experiencing half day time frames completely missing on the recordings and dozens of daily events that should have been recorded, are not on the drives.

Our rules on the cameras are set to record 24x7, all cameras, all movement, any object.

This is frustrating... any help?
