port forward sky hub (sr102) problems

Hi,

Am now at my wits' end with trying to remotely access the video stream form my ip cameras (maginon).

I have followed the instructions to the letter time and time again, but to avail. Both the Internal and Local address ip's work when i click on the links on my computer, but absolutely nothing will entice the sky hub to open port 8848, or any other port for that matter, and believe me, i've tried them all.

If anyone else out there has had similar problems and found a solution i'd really appreciate some insight.
