Windows 10 update / restart problem

by RevRoss » Mon Aug 01, 2016 7:57 pm

5 cameras were stable and remote access worked for 3 weeks then stopped.
I was overseas when this happened and knew something was wrong as I lost remote access.
When I got back the computer had installed updates (Windows 10), Sighhound wasn't running and cameras were all down (powered but not recording).
Any simple fix for this situation to ensure Sighthound comes back up after a restart (automatic or not) and cameras are recording?

Hello RevRoss,

This support article has directions on how to enable having Sighthound run at system startup: https://www.sighthound.com/support/runn ... r-computer

If you are having troubles enabling that feature please send us a bug report by going to Help > Report a Problem and we'll be happy to investigate further.

Regards,

-Devin
