Rules Disappeared

Sometime in the last 24 hours all of my rules have disappeared from within the application. In /Library/Application Support/Sighthound/Rules the rules are listed, for example:

/Library/Application Support/Sighthound/Rules
driveway.query
driveway.rule
street.query
street.rule
...

but in Sighthound they are not there.
