SYSTEM Activating A computer set in "SLEEP" mode

Will THE Sitehound SYSTEM Activate A computer set in "SLEEP" mode when a camera detects movement? i.e the PC is switched on but in "sleep mode"

"Sleep Mode" is when the computer is NOT running any software, but has kept the memory live so that when it is awakened it doesn't have to load any software, but can just take up where it left off... so, No, Sighthound would NOT be running to record or interpret any video in order to do anything about it.
