I am getting push notifications and emails for people hits that match the included People "look for".

I have a rule to look for people outside a region to save the clip and notify with push and email. In the search on that camera is an included people "look for" and my own "People outside my region" rule. If I choose my "People outside my region" rule, I see clips that I expect and are my desired results. If I click the included (and not delete-able) "People" look for, I see clips where movement inside my exclusion box occurs. The problem is, I get push and email alerts for every clip shown by the included People "look for" instead of my defined rule.

I have tried deleting then adding back the camera, changing the name. This did not fix the issue.
