Hi I have recently upgraded my camera to a Hikvision DS-2CD2142FWD-I 2.8 mm Lens IR Fixed Full HD External Dome CCTV Network Camera.
Sighthound would not connect to the camera so I used the below
Protocol: rtsp
Port: <leave empty>
Stream Path: /
OR
Protocol: rtsp
Port: <leave empty>
Stream Path: /video.h264
& the camera worked however despite setting the camera res to "match source"
it's only recording in 1080p , the camera support a max res of 2688 × 1520 will sighthound not support this.
Any help/advise would be great, Thanks

Hello millenios,
Have you verified that the camera is sending a 2688 × 1520 image? You can check by logging in to your cameras configuration web page and go to the Video settings. If the settings do show that it's sending this resolution please send us a bug report so we can investigate your logs. You can send us a bug report by going to Help > Report a Problem. Be sure to include a link to this post so we know the report belongs to you.
