Preferences window does not open?

by Johannes_L » Fri Apr 08, 2016 6:19 am

Hello,

I was updating to SHV 3.0.2 from SHV 2.x version. Latest Mac OS X 10.11.4 in Mac Mini.

The problem is that Preferences window does not open at all. I can select Preferences from the menu, but nothing happens. All the other Windows e.g for camera setup does open. What might be the problem?

This is really a strange behavior and I cannot understand why. The menu selection "Preferences" is simply not doing anything!!!!!!

I cannot manage HD, not the remote connections. 3.0.2 is useless for me, if there is no solution for this.

I was checking the system log. When I hit the Preferences -menu item, nothing happens in the screen and in the system log, following lines keep coming:

Apr 10 02:46:40 (I removed the machine name from here) Sighthound Video[520]: CFURLGetFSRef was passed an URL which has no scheme (the URL will not work with other CFURL routines)
