It used to work but now will not record on a locked screen with windows7. I uninstalled and re-installed. We have the option checked to start at startup, and I see the windows service running.
Anything else to try? Using kaspersky. Trusted the app but blocked all of the network connections since just using the local laptop camera.
Any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Sighthound certainly should be recording at the screen lock. I'd be happy to investigate your logs if you could submit a bug report by going to Help > Report a Problem. Be sure to include a link to this post so we know it is you.
