24 hour time format on web page

by zxcslo » Fri Feb 12, 2016 7:27 am

How can I set to display times on web site (main site and clips) and Sighthound Android app in 24 hour format?
And I'm NOT talking about timestamps in video files...
In our country we use 24 hour format. I have on my PC and on server, where Sighthound is installed, and on my phone, everything set to 24 hour format, but in Sighthound web app and android app all times are shown in 12 hour format. :?:

I think that got fixed in version 3.0.2 which was released Feb 9th. At least there is a reference to 24 hour format in the list of fixes.

Hello zxcslo,

Are you running version 3.0.2? We did include a fix to this bug with the latest update. If you are not seeing the format that is currently selected in the preferences/settings, please send us a bug report by going to Help > Report a Problem.

Regards,

There is NO selection in settings for what I'm talking about. I'm NOT talking about time stamps in video/snapshots files. I'm talking about time, showing in remote web page and phone app...

Hello zxcslo,

Thanks for your patience. We've verified that the 24 hour time format is not being displayed on the web UI. I've created a ticket for our engineers to investigate.

Regards,

-Devin
