I am getting ready to upgrade the computer running SH. Will this one work well with 8 1MP cameras?

I plan on adding my 1TB hard drive for storage. A 500GB SSD drive as primary. Upgrading memory to 8gig.

As a satisfied user of SH, I think what you have planned should be peachy-keen. As long as you don't have the computer otherwise occupied with CPU and Disk intensive activities (like 3 people playing World of Warcraft games simultaneously) it should be fine. (I assume the cameras are IP [network] type and compatible with SH, etc.)

This will be a headless system. I use teamviewer to access it. It is also dedicated to SH

It depends from mother board, if it supports all this details than computer will work
