False Alerts

I'm having a problem with my HK webcams. Everytime they switch from day to night and back I get a people alarm triggered for the area they are monitoring. I have tried changing the shape of the area being monitored without affect - it seems that the flash caused by the transition is causing the issues. Anyone have similar experiences and any ideas how to prevent it?

Same problem here. I guess one possible way around is configuring the camera to switch modes at a certain time (if your camera allows that), and create rules that send alerts only before and after that time.

However, this is something sighthound should be able to detect relatively easy (from rgb to bw) and allow us to ignore such "events".
