I did some searching and believe both of these cameras should connect using the "Foscam (other H264)" preconfigured settings. If that does not work, please send us a bug report by going to Help > Report a Problem so we can take a look at your logs.

I can confirm the FI9900P works with Sighthound.

I actually just selected FI9821W from the list and it worked fine

I bought FI9900P in Foscam Official Mall, and it works well.
They told me I can contact their support email if I have any problem with the cameras.
