Sumpple 610 Camera not working

I've tested video stream succesfully in Chrome browser, IE and VLC.

The Camera is a Sumpple 610 I bought on Amazon recently.

FYI: I was able to get it to work with sending video to cameraFTP.com

This is the video version of the address that works in IE, Chrome and VLN.

The video showed up for a minute in the setup window but then went back to "cannot connect"

Chose "Other Apexis IP Camera" and it decided to work although hadn't been working earlier.
